Who you are

You have extensive experience in data migration, particularly with SAP systems, and a strong understanding of data requirements for various SAP objects including master data and transactional data. Your ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications is a key strength, allowing you to effectively lead large-scale client engagements.

You are well-versed in the cutover process for SAP implementation projects and have hands-on experience with load methodologies such as LSMW and LTMC. Your familiarity with SAP Fiori and cloud migration applications enhances your capability to manage complex data migration tasks.

Your organizational and time management skills enable you to prioritize and complete multiple complex projects under tight deadlines. You are adept at performing root cause analysis and providing actionable recommendations for data resolution, ensuring high-quality outcomes in your projects.

What you'll do

In this role, you will participate in large-scale client engagements, leading the data migration from SAP and Non-SAP data sources to S/4 HANA or S/4 HANA Cloud systems. You will analyze business requirements and define the necessary data requirements for various SAP objects, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of data.

You will coordinate with multiple functional teams to understand their requirements for SAP objects, translating these into detailed technical specifications, data mapping, and transformation rules. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing ETL processes on flat files, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.

Additionally, you will support post-load analysis and address any data fixes needed on the loaded data. Your role will involve continuous collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that all data migration activities align with business objectives and technical standards.
