Who you are

You have a solid background in finance operations, ideally with experience in JDE systems. Your analytical and problem-solving skills are strong, allowing you to tackle moderate to complex queries effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English, which helps you guide users through JDE procedures. You are comfortable working in US and UK time zones, demonstrating flexibility in your work schedule.

Desirable

A Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) or Master of Commerce (M. Com) is preferred, along with a good understanding of business concepts. Experience with purchasing and inventory management will be a plus, as it aligns with the responsibilities of the role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide functional support for JDE customers worldwide, addressing queries and issues that may arise. You will troubleshoot and debug issues in collaboration with developers, proposing SQL fixes to database tables as needed. Your responsibilities will include identifying and resolving JDE system errors, maintaining JDE configuration, and ensuring users follow correct procedures. You will also be involved in project specification and testing of new customized JDE applications or modifications to existing ones, creating CRP scripts and IT scripts as necessary.
