Who you are

You are a Senior EDI Consultant with over 7 years of experience in EDI implementations, having successfully completed at least 5 end-to-end projects. Your expertise lies in SAP functionalities, particularly in orders, delivery, shipments, invoices, payments, charge-backs, and rebates. You possess a strong understanding of EDI X12 standards and Idoc mapping, which allows you to design and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Your technical skills include a working knowledge of ABAP, enabling you to implement robust error handling and exception processes. You are adept at interfacing with SAP functional teams, development teams, and business process super users to ensure seamless EDI functionality. Your ability to identify cross-team issues and communicate effectively with team leads is a key strength.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, designing, building, testing, and ensuring cutover readiness for various EDI messages. You will work closely with customers, banks, and third parties, ensuring that all EDI services are implemented effectively. Your role will involve architecting robust error handling processes and validating that application requirements align with overall business processes.

You will collaborate with SAP functional, development, basis, and security teams to deliver comprehensive EDI functionality. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and communicating any cross-team issues to the appropriate leads, ensuring that integration solutions utilize architecture components appropriately. You will play a crucial role in supporting ongoing EDI operations and ensuring that all processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
