Who you are

You have at least 7 years of SAP EHS experience, having successfully completed a minimum of 3 SAP EHS implementation projects and 3 support projects. Your expertise in handling complex solution delivery is complemented by your functional leadership in the development and maintenance of multiple SAP EHS applications, including SAP EHSM: Incident Management. You possess excellent business process knowledge in the chemicals sector and have worked on various SAP platforms such as SAP ECC R/3 and S4 HANA applications.

You are adept at preparing demo solutions that can be presented to clients, showcasing the potential offerings of various tools. Your involvement in different RFPs demonstrates your ability to propose tailored solutions for client-specific requirements. You are well-versed in documenting business processes, configuration documents, and functional documents for RICEFWS, ensuring clarity and precision in your work.

Your ability to design end-to-end data migration plans and execute them for GLM and Product Safety from one SAP system to another is a testament to your technical acumen. You can conceptualize and communicate business-relevant solutions effectively, and you have a bright disposition that allows you to rapidly pick up new technologies, propositions, and business areas. You are willing to work occasionally outside of normal business hours and travel globally when necessary, showcasing your commitment to the role.

What you'll do

As a Senior SAP EHS Consultant at Navisite, you will lead the delivery of complex SAP EHS solutions, ensuring that projects meet client specifications and are delivered on time. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP EHS applications, leveraging your extensive experience to guide the development process. Your role will involve preparing and presenting demo solutions to clients, helping them understand the capabilities and benefits of SAP EHS tools.

You will actively participate in RFP processes, proposing innovative solutions tailored to client needs. Your documentation skills will be crucial as you create comprehensive business process and configuration documents, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will mentor junior consultants, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. You will also be responsible for designing data migration plans, ensuring that all data is accurately transferred and integrated into new systems.

Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams will be essential as you work to conceptualize and deliver business-relevant solutions. You will be expected to stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and trends, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge to provide the best possible service to clients.
