What you'll do

As the Data Center Site Manager, you will own the end-to-end operations of one of our flagship U.S. sites, ensuring continuous availability across power, cooling, structured cabling, network, security, and DCIM. You will lead a multi-disciplinary operations team, focusing on meeting or exceeding global SLAs.

You will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and developing managers and technicians, creating a culture of excellence and accountability within your team. Your role will involve running staffing models, shift coverage, and on-call rotations to ensure operational efficiency.

In addition, you will act as the incident commander during major events, leading triage efforts, managing communications, and conducting root cause analyses to implement durable corrective actions. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of reliability and performance in our data center operations.
