Nebius AI is hiring a Head of Security IT & Technology to lead IT operations within the Physical Security Department. You'll oversee the implementation of advanced security technologies and manage technical projects. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Who you are
You have extensive experience in IT operations management, particularly within security environments — you've successfully led teams and implemented advanced security technologies that enhance operational capabilities. Your background includes overseeing technical projects and ensuring seamless integration of technology into security operations.
You possess a strategic mindset, capable of identifying and evaluating advanced security technologies to improve physical security capabilities — your recommendations have led to successful procurement and deployment of complex technology solutions. You are adept at managing teams and guiding them through project oversight and execution.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own all IT functions within the Physical Security Department, managing and supervising the Security IT manager and the SOC IT lead. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of technology implementation, ensuring that all systems are integrated effectively into security operations.
You will act as a mini-PMO for technology-related projects, overseeing their execution and ensuring they align with the department's strategic initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where innovation thrives, and you will support your team in navigating complex technical challenges.
