Who you are
You have extensive experience in leading engineering teams, particularly in the Media & Entertainment sector, and possess a strong understanding of AI and cloud computing technologies. You are adept at collaborating with high-level executives, including CTOs and CIOs, to shape strategic roadmaps and drive the transition to AI-native tech platforms. Your background includes working with generative AI models and understanding the complexities of AI infrastructure and inference ecosystems.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your technical expertise allows you to bridge the gap between engineering and business objectives, ensuring that the solutions developed align with customer goals. You are not just a technical leader but also a strategic thinker who can navigate the challenges of the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
What you'll do
As the Field CTO, you will be responsible for leading the engineering efforts within the Media & Entertainment vertical at Nebius AI. You will work closely with our Engineering and Product teams to develop the necessary primitives that facilitate the transition of our clients to AI-native platforms. Your role will involve engaging with top executives at Agency Holding Companies and Gaming Studios to understand their needs and help them leverage AI technologies effectively.
You will not be involved in sales engineering or one-off implementations; instead, your focus will be on strategic ownership of the vertical, ensuring that our offerings meet the demands of the market. You will guide the technical direction of projects, ensuring that they align with the overarching goals of our clients and the capabilities of our AI infrastructure.
