You have extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in executive search and senior hiring, with a proven track record of delivering complex leadership hires across various sectors. Your strategic mindset allows you to embed talent intelligence and market insights into hiring decisions, ensuring that they are informed by clear market signals rather than intuition alone. You thrive in a hands-on leadership role, collaborating closely with executive stakeholders to drive hiring outcomes that align with the company's vision and goals.
You possess strong leadership skills, having successfully led and scaled teams of recruiters in fast-paced environments. Your ability to build a repeatable, high-conviction approach to securing top-of-market talent is complemented by your deep understanding of the AI and infrastructure landscape. You are adept at navigating the complexities of hiring in a competitive market, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to attract the best candidates.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and scale a team of executive search recruiters, overseeing the delivery of complex senior and leadership hires across Nebius. You will own the quality, pace, and outcomes of leadership hiring, ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent, conducting market research to inform hiring decisions, and collaborating with executive stakeholders to understand their hiring needs.
You will also be responsible for embedding talent intelligence into the hiring process, utilizing data and insights to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.
