Your experience includes overseeing end-to-end hiring strategies and ensuring strong operational delivery across regions. You are adept at building relationships with leadership teams and presenting on talent risks and opportunities. You thrive in a high-growth environment and are passionate about securing diverse, high-caliber talent essential for scaling organizations.
Desirable
Experience in a high-growth, FTSE-250 company is a plus. Familiarity with innovative talent acquisition strategies and transformation initiatives will set you apart. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for anticipating hiring needs.
What you'll do
