What you'll do

In this role, you will be the authoritative owner of statutory employment obligations, ensuring that all responsibilities are understood and operationalized across payroll, travel & expenses, equity, and mobility. You will interpret employment-related statutory requirements and define how they apply in various jurisdictions. Your responsibilities will include approving statutory positions and thresholds, as well as managing cross-border and shadow payroll triggers. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks associated with statutory obligations.

You will conduct regular audits to identify potential liabilities and implement necessary changes to prevent issues before they arise. Your role will involve collaborating with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure that all statutory requirements are integrated into the company's operating models.
