You have a deep understanding of statutory employment obligations across various jurisdictions, ensuring that both employer and employee responsibilities are clearly defined and operationalized. Your expertise allows you to interpret complex employment-related statutory requirements, including income tax, social security, pensions, and insurance. You are proactive in preventing liabilities through audits and embedding statutory logic into operating models. Your experience in managing cross-border employment issues makes you a valuable asset in a global organization.

What you'll do
In this role, you will be the authoritative owner of statutory employment obligations, ensuring that all responsibilities are understood and operationalized across payroll, travel & expenses, equity, and mobility. You will interpret employment-related statutory requirements and define how they apply in various jurisdictions. Your responsibilities will include approving statutory positions and thresholds, as well as managing cross-border and shadow payroll triggers. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks associated with statutory obligations.
You will conduct regular audits to identify potential liabilities and implement necessary changes to prevent issues before they arise. Your role will involve collaborating with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure that all statutory requirements are integrated into the company's operating models. You will also provide training and guidance to stakeholders on statutory obligations, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
