You have significant experience in employment law, particularly within the Dutch legal framework, and are adept at providing legal counsel that supports organizational growth and compliance. Your background includes developing policies and compliance measures that align with business objectives, ensuring that all employment practices are scalable and effective. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver training and upskilling initiatives that empower others in the organization. Your ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, actionable advice is a key strength, and you are committed to fostering a culture of compliance and ethical practices within the workplace.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus, as is familiarity with international employment law practices. What you'll do
In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping Adyen's global employment law strategy, embedding yourself within the People team to provide hands-on legal expertise. You will be responsible for driving global employment law and contracts, ensuring that all practices are compliant with local and international regulations. Your work will involve developing policies that support the company's ambitious growth and high-performance culture, as well as delivering training sessions to enhance the team's understanding of employment law. You will lead initiatives that foster data-driven decision-making, collaborating closely with a small, cross-regional team of employment law experts to align on cross-functional matters. Your role will also include liaising with the broader Legal team to ensure consistency in legal practices across the organization.
