You have experience in the public sector and are familiar with the unique challenges and opportunities it presents. Your technical expertise allows you to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in leveraging Neo4j technology effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
You have a proactive approach to uncovering opportunities for expanded use of Neo4j technology within client organizations. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing client needs. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that you can effectively address client requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the mission of ensuring client success across Neo4j's US Public Sector business. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that leverage Neo4j's graph intelligence platform. You will conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices and effective use of Neo4j technology. Your role will involve collaborating with sales and engineering teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support.
You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from clients to inform product development and enhancements, ensuring that Neo4j continues to meet the evolving needs of the public sector.
