What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at Qualtrics, you will be part of a pre-sales team dedicated to identifying and closing experience gaps for our clients. You will leverage our comprehensive SaaS platform to facilitate action through a variety of pre-built experience management programs tailored to meet diverse business needs. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their unique challenges and demonstrating how our solutions can address those challenges effectively. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into our product development process, helping to shape the future of our offerings.
What we offer
Qualtrics offers a competitive salary range of $116,000—$178,000 USD, along with a sign-on bonus and restricted stock units. Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, wellness reimbursement, mental health benefits, and an experience bonus.
