You are detail-oriented and capable of troubleshooting complex issues that arise within the SAP environment.

You possess strong skills in system monitoring and performance tuning, allowing you to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions. Your background includes managing transport routes and configurations, ensuring smooth transitions between development, quality assurance, and production environments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will operate and maintain SAP ECC systems, including installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance. You will manage the SAP landscape, overseeing environments such as DEV, QA, and PRD, and ensuring that changes are properly promoted across these environments. Your responsibilities will include monitoring system health, analyzing logs, and performing necessary tuning to optimize performance.

You will execute and coordinate recurring technical activities, such as client copies, system refreshes, and backups, while maintaining security measures like SSL and SSO configurations. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the SAP systems are running efficiently and securely, supporting various countries in Latin America.
