What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of a scalable and reusable automation framework — your work will be crucial in automating functional, regression, and performance test cases. You will collaborate closely with the Technical QA Lead to define automation strategies, best practices, and standards that align with project goals. Participating in design reviews and requirement analysis will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to anticipate quality risks and propose effective solutions. You will estimate efforts and plan testing strategies based on project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that quality is embedded throughout the development process.

You will also be responsible for certifying the quality of components before their release, working diligently to ensure that all applications meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience for thousands of users in the digital insurance sector, making your role vital to the success of the projects you work on.
