Who you are

You have a strong background in enterprise AI architecture, with experience in designing and evolving AI systems that leverage ML/AI foundations, GenAI, and NLP. Your expertise includes defining architectural frameworks and reusable blueprints that align with corporate standards and long-term roadmaps. You are skilled in selecting appropriate technologies from both open-source and commercial ecosystems, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.

You possess a deep understanding of operational AI platforms, capable of architecting and governing systems that support the entire AI lifecycle, including ingestion, development, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement. Your experience includes defining MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps pipelines that focus on reliability, observability, optimization, and cost control.

You excel in collaborating with business leaders, R&D teams, and digital teams to identify, prioritize, and pilot AI/GenAI use cases. You evaluate feasibility and architectural suitability while ensuring a strong return on investment. Your ability to translate business requirements into effective designs is a key strength.

You have experience leading or mentoring small teams of AI architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Your knowledge of Agile methodologies focused on AI enhances your ability to drive projects forward in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture and strategy of enterprise AI initiatives at NEORIS. You will design and evolve AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing data systems, analytics, and enterprise applications. Your work will involve defining reference frameworks and architectural patterns that can be reused across various projects.

You will architect and govern operational AI platforms that support the full lifecycle of AI, ensuring that all processes from data ingestion to deployment are efficient and effective. You will define and implement MLOps pipelines that prioritize reliability and observability, while also focusing on cost optimization.

Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with business leaders to identify and prioritize AI use cases that can drive significant business value. You will evaluate the feasibility of these use cases and ensure that they align with the overall architectural strategy of the organization.

Your leadership will extend to mentoring junior architects and fostering a culture of innovation within your team. You will guide your team in adopting best practices and methodologies that enhance the quality and effectiveness of AI solutions.
