What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing content strategies that enhance the ads experience on Netflix. You will work closely with product designers to create a seamless integration of ads within the platform, ensuring that the content is not only engaging but also aligns with Netflix's mission to entertain the world. You will analyze user feedback and ad performance data to continuously refine and improve the ads experience.

You will also collaborate with various teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to ensure that the ads platform meets the needs of both advertisers and members.
