What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will lead the Creative Design Lab at Netflix, overseeing the artistic direction of gaming initiatives. You will collaborate with world-class creative, technical, and production teams to ensure that designs align with the broader Netflix service. Your leadership will guide internal and external game development teams, helping them to creatively navigate challenges and maintain high-quality standards throughout the development process.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with partners and facilitating seamless collaboration to drive the success of licensed projects and external game development efforts.
