Who you are

You are currently pursuing a PhD degree at an accredited university, graduating in December 2026, Summer 2027, or later. To be eligible for this internship, you must be returning to school for one semester or quarter post-Summer internship. You are engaged in relevant research into online experimentation, observational causal inference, or a related area. You have experience programming in R and/or Python, which will be essential for your contributions to our projects.

What you'll do

As an Experimentation & Causal Inference Intern at Netflix, you will collaborate with a highly skilled team focused on creating analytical products that support complex decision-making processes. Your work will involve leveraging a diverse set of methodologies, including machine learning, statistics, and econometrics, to drive improvements across various areas of our business. You will contribute to research that supports product innovation and deepens our understanding of our members, informing content evaluation, creation, and promotion. You will also have the opportunity to engage in hands-on experimentation, applying your knowledge to real-world scenarios that impact our global audience.
