What you'll do

As an Internet Measurement Research Intern at Netflix, you will have the opportunity to conduct impactful research that contributes to the optimization of Netflix's Content Delivery Network (CDN). Your primary focus will be on exploring opportunities for performance, resilience, and reliability improvements within the Open Connect Appliances (OCAs) deployed globally.

You will analyze how clients connect to the CDN and investigate the interactions between the infrastructure and the Internet. This research will involve collecting and interpreting data, running experiments, and collaborating with engineers to implement your findings.

You will also have the chance to present your research results to your team and contribute to discussions on how to enhance the viewing experience for Netflix members worldwide. Your work will play a crucial role in ensuring that Netflix continues to deliver high-quality streaming services to its vast user base.
