What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Attack Emulation Team, you will lead offensive security operations and drive the team's initiatives to improve Netflix's security posture. You will oversee proactive and reactive attack simulations, ensuring that your team effectively supports tabletops and control validation testing. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the adoption of security controls and the remediation of findings.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into the broader Detection and Response strategy. Your role will involve mentoring and developing your team members, helping them grow in their careers while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. You will also be responsible for measuring the team's success through increased control confidence and resilience.
