What you'll do

As an Engineering Manager at Netflix, you will lead the Promotional Assets & Creative Technology (PACT) team, focusing on developing innovative technology solutions for content promotion. You will oversee the MarTech Asset Distribution team, ensuring that marketing campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include planning and managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the technical direction of the team.

You will work closely with marketing partners to understand their needs and develop solutions that enable them to create and distribute promotional assets seamlessly.
