What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Platform team at Scandit, you will lead a talented group of DevOps and SRE professionals, guiding them in their daily tasks and long-term projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the cloud infrastructure that supports the entire engineering organization, ensuring that it is robust, scalable, and efficient. Your role will involve continuous improvement of the CI/CD pipeline ecosystem, implementing best practices that enhance the development process.

You will collaborate closely with product engineering teams to understand their needs and provide the necessary support to accelerate development. This includes integrating modern AI-enabled tooling into workflows to streamline planning and execution.
