What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of software engineers in Warsaw, focusing on the development and implementation of technology that enables efficient ingestion and delivery of media assets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Production Managers, Product Managers, and Designers, across various geographies and time zones. Your role will involve demonstrating consistent curiosity in studio media management workflows and contributing to the broader Studio strategy and goals.

You will be responsible for hiring and mentoring your team, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will also engage in strategic discussions with stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on your technical expertise. Your leadership will be crucial in driving innovation and improving processes within the Studio Production Engineering team, ultimately revolutionizing the content creation space at Netflix.
