Who you are
You are a highly effective leader with a proven track record in leading complex Talent/HR services across the recruiting and employee lifecycle. You understand and empathize with end-user personas in a multifaceted services environment, and you are a thought partner in strategic planning for multi-year roadmaps for Shared Services. You have experience in leveraging data-informed insights to drive strategic partnerships with stakeholders and capitalize on internal capabilities while being informed of external trends to adopt and deploy innovative solutions. You celebrate diversity and recognize that diverse teams build stronger outcomes.
Desirable
Experience in managing HR shared services in a global context is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies to inform decision-making would be beneficial. A background in the entertainment or tech industry could provide valuable insights into the unique challenges faced in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a high-performing team based in Manila, focusing on progressively maturing the shared services strategy. You will own and drive the execution of initiatives that enhance operational excellence and improve service delivery. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the services provided meet the needs of the global workforce.
