Netflix is hiring a Partnerships Creative Lead for Australia and Southeast Asia to oversee the creative development and execution of partnership campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of supporting a Sales organization and strong collaboration with external partners.
Job Description
Who you are
You have over 10 years of experience in creative development and marketing, particularly in partnership campaigns. Your background includes a strong understanding of how to creatively support a Sales organization, allowing you to craft compelling marketing strategies that resonate with audiences. You thrive in entrepreneurial environments and value the freedom and responsibility culture at Netflix.
You are a strategic thinker who can lead the end-to-end creative process, from campaign positioning to execution. Your ability to communicate effectively with partners and internal teams ensures that all creative work aligns with the Netflix brand and marketing goals. You are comfortable collaborating with external agencies and vendors, leveraging their expertise to enhance campaign effectiveness.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that inspire audiences to engage with Netflix content. You will work closely with Partner Marketing Leads to shape partner campaigns and programs, ensuring that all creative materials reflect the Netflix brand's values and messaging. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing communication with partners regarding creative work, overseeing the design and execution of sales materials, and leading the creative development process for partnership campaigns.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal creative teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives are cohesive and impactful. Your role will also involve analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize future initiatives. You will celebrate diversity within your team, recognizing that diverse perspectives lead to stronger creative outcomes.
