Netflix is hiring a Manager of Inclusion Strategy to champion inclusion in their Seoul office and across APAC. You'll partner with HR and business leaders to embed inclusive practices throughout the employee journey.

You have a strong background in inclusion and diversity initiatives, with experience in partnering with HR and business leaders to create equitable experiences for employees. Your passion for fostering an inclusive workplace drives you to empower individuals to do their best work. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders across various functions. You understand the importance of a consistent employee experience and are committed to driving creativity and innovation within teams. Your ability to navigate a matrixed organization allows you to collaborate seamlessly with local and functional stakeholders. You are dedicated to leading and managing key global inclusion initiatives, ensuring that inclusion remains a core value at Netflix.
What you'll do
In this role, you will enable leaders to strengthen a consistent employee experience through insights and candor. You will work closely with HR business partners and Talent Acquisition to drive results primarily through your partners, while also engaging directly with business teams when necessary. Your responsibilities will include leading global inclusion initiatives in APAC, such as company engagement programs and employee resource groups. You will help embed inclusive practices throughout the employee journey, ensuring that all employees feel valued and empowered. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively across local and functional stakeholders to promote inclusion as a core value within the organization. Your work will directly impact the culture at Netflix, fostering an environment where creativity and innovation can thrive.
