Overview

Netflix is seeking a Manager of Sales Operations to drive revenue acceleration initiatives in the Korean market. You'll partner with Sales and Account Management to unlock new business opportunities. This role requires strong collaboration skills and experience in sales operations.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales operations, ideally with experience in the entertainment or technology sectors. You understand the dynamics of revenue generation and have a proven track record of driving initiatives that enhance business performance. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is exceptional, and you thrive in environments where you can proactively identify and surface new business opportunities. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and can adapt to the evolving needs of the market. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable

Experience in the advertising industry or with digital media platforms is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies will help you in making informed decisions that drive revenue growth. A background in project management will also be beneficial as you will be overseeing various initiatives simultaneously.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive revenue acceleration initiatives by partnering closely with Sales, Account Management, and other cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for delivering projects that enhance revenue in the Korean market and across the APAC region. Your role will involve maintaining end-to-end ownership of critical projects, ensuring that they align with Netflix's strategic goals. You will work alongside the Sales Leader to develop new operating models that cater to outbound demand and facilitate the global scaling of Korean brands. Additionally, you will be tasked with fostering cross-regional collaboration models to maximize revenue opportunities. Your insights will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities that can unlock additional revenue streams.
