What you'll do

In this role, you will be accountable for developing a scalable user experience vision that aligns with Netflix's mission to entertain the world. You will partner with executives to identify and illustrate user experiences that capitalize on new content opportunities. Your work will involve driving the integration of short-form entertainment experiences across Netflix's portfolio, ensuring that your designs deliver immediate impact while also supporting long-term goals.

You will collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary team members, including product design, content design, partnerships, and product management, to ensure that the user experience is seamless and engaging. Your responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of craft and design quality, as well as ensuring that all offerings are cohesive and aligned with Netflix's brand values. You will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends and user feedback to continuously refine and enhance the user experience.
