You have extensive experience in product management, ideally with a focus on pricing strategies and consumer insights. You understand the complexities of global markets and have a proven track record of driving membership growth through effective pricing and plan structuring. Your analytical skills allow you to assess market trends and consumer behavior, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that align with business objectives. You are a collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional teams, working closely with finance, data science, and consumer insights to achieve shared goals. You are passionate about creating value for customers and have a keen understanding of how pricing impacts user acquisition and retention.

Desirable

Experience in the entertainment or subscription-based industries is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to make informed decisions. A background in finance or strategy planning can provide additional insights into pricing dynamics. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can adapt strategies based on evolving market conditions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the Plans and Pricing goals and strategy at Netflix. You will define and build the set of plans that meet the diverse needs of members, ensuring that Netflix offers a range of options that cater to different willingness to pay. You will lead a talented team, collaborating with finance, strategy planning, data science, and consumer insights to design and implement pricing strategies that drive membership growth. Your work will involve establishing pricing recommendations for each country and product, analyzing membership and revenue impacts to inform your decisions. You will also be responsible for executing pricing strategies at both global and local levels, ensuring alignment with Netflix's overall business objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the membership experience and maximizing revenue growth.
