Who you are
You have extensive experience in product management, particularly in the gaming or social platform space β you've successfully led cross-functional teams and developed strategies that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret consumer research and user testing effectively, driving decisions that align with user needs and business goals.
You excel in relationship-building, collaborating with various stakeholders including engineers, game studio partners, and product teams β your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly ensures alignment across diverse groups. You are passionate about creating social experiences that connect users and enhance their enjoyment of games.
What you'll do
As the Principal Product Manager, you will own the strategy for Netflix's games social platform β this includes developing products that facilitate online and co-op multiplayer experiences, sharing, and chat functionalities. You will leverage consumer research and user testing to inform your roadmap, ensuring that the features you develop resonate with our members.
You will drive strategic alignment across Netflixβs Games and Product & Technology organizations, determining which social experiences to enable and assessing their expected impact. Your role will involve close collaboration with engineers to execute the development of back-end systems that support these social features, ensuring a seamless integration within the Netflix apps.
