You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable managing projects across different time zones.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the product roadmap for the Enterprise Experience, ensuring that our platform meets the needs of diverse customers, from small institutions to large enterprises. You will work closely with the Vice President of Product to define and prioritize features that enhance security and usability. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product releases. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management, ensuring that all teams are aligned on product goals and timelines. Your role will involve regular communication with customers to gather feedback and iterate on product features, ensuring that we remain responsive to their needs.
