What you'll do

As a Senior Program Manager at Netflix, you will be responsible for planning and managing the design delivery strategy for our Experiences team. This includes overseeing the construction of permanent entertainment venues and ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standards of quality. You will collaborate closely with project teams, including Project ICs and other Program Managers, to align on creative visions and operational strategies. Your role will involve building and leading the Experiences Project Controls studio, where you will develop resources and tools to effectively communicate schedules and budgets across various projects.

You will also be tasked with integrating feedback from stakeholders and making data-driven decisions to enhance project outcomes. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, as you work to create experiences that captivate audiences and drive long-term value for Netflix. You will engage with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of project delivery are aligned with the company's mission to entertain the world.
