Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the advertising ecosystem, and possess strong business acumen that allows you to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Your experience includes engaging with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers, where you've successfully influenced investment decisions in premium streaming environments. You understand the nuances of building trusted partnerships and have a network of relationships that can be leveraged to drive revenue growth.

You are strategic in your approach, capable of defining and executing plans that expand advertiser investment and deliver sustainable revenue growth. Your ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies is a key strength, enabling you to convert pilot campaigns into long-term partnerships. You thrive in client-facing roles and are comfortable representing your organization as a thought leader in the industry.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and execute strategies to expand advertiser investment for Netflix Ads in Japan. You will identify long-term growth opportunities across key industry verticals and work to convert pilot campaigns into year-long partnerships. Engaging directly with major advertisers and agencies, you will influence how iconic brands invest in streaming environments. Your responsibilities will also include representing Netflix Ads at industry events and seminars, establishing the company as a thought leader in the Japan advertising industry.
