You are a strategic advisor and trusted partner, shaping how agencies position Netflix Ads to their advertisers. Your role requires a keen insight into operational workflows and the ability to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of go-to-market approaches. You are comfortable working closely with senior sales partners and account managers, as well as cross-functional teams within the broader sales ecosystem.
What you'll do
As a Sales Partner for Netflix Ads in Japan, you will play a critical role in advancing our agency-driven revenue strategy. You will be responsible for elevating day-to-day collaboration with agency partners and optimizing operational workflows. Your mandate includes driving transparent communication on sales performance and jointly developing scalable processes that enhance our market approach. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of advertisers effectively.
You will also focus on strengthening long-term commercial relationships that unlock sustained revenue growth. Your ability to negotiate and manage complex agreements will be essential in this role. You will be the primary strategic interface between Netflix and our agency partners, ensuring that both parties benefit from a collaborative and productive relationship.
