What you'll do
In this role, you will drive the development of technical security controls that enhance business agility while reducing risk. You will work closely with the Workforce Security team to enumerate risks and implement appropriate controls. Your responsibilities will include uplifting and extending internally developed security tools, such as access rightsizing and security posture metrics dashboards. You will also engage in risk assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that security measures align with business objectives.
You will be responsible for identifying security gaps and proposing solutions that are both effective and practical. Your work will involve analyzing security incidents and developing strategies to prevent future occurrences. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and tools, ensuring that they remain effective in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
