You have a strong background in engineering support, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for a developer community. What you'll do
In this role, you will be the frontline resource for engineering support needs, handling and resolving customer requests efficiently. You will advocate for customers by providing insights and feedback to improve the tools and processes used by the developer community. You will partner with product management and engineering teams to track ongoing issues and ensure that customer needs are communicated effectively. Your focus will be on delivering an excellent support experience, ensuring visibility into the status of issues and communicating any delays transparently. You will also contribute to the development of support tooling and documentation, enhancing the overall support experience for Netflix's developer community. Your role will involve continuous improvement efforts, driving initiatives that prioritize customer sentiment and enhance the support provided by the Engineering Support Organization.
