What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the frontline resource for Netflix's engineering workforce, handling and troubleshooting customer requests and issues. You will work to improve methods of work and advocate for customer needs, ensuring that their feedback is communicated effectively to the relevant teams. You will partner with product management and engineering to track ongoing issues and maintain visibility into customer needs, helping to prioritize improvements in these areas. Your role will involve driving collaboration efforts to reduce product friction and enhance the overall support experience. You will also be responsible for providing insights and feedback about the tools we support, championing customer sentiment within the organization.
