What you'll do
As a Support Solutions Engineer at Netflix, you will be the frontline resource for engineering support needs, handling and resolving customer requests and issues. You will advocate for customers by providing insights and feedback to engineering teams, ensuring that their needs are prioritized in product development. You will also focus on improving support tooling and documentation, driving collaboration efforts across teams to enhance the overall support experience.
You will partner with Product Management and Developer Education to track ongoing issues and communicate customer needs effectively. Your role will involve analyzing customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement in the tools and services provided. You will play a key role in ensuring that the support organization scales effectively and sustainably, contributing to the overall mission of Netflix to entertain the world.
