What you'll do

As a Technical Supervisor, you will set and own the technical strategy for animated feature films, ensuring that all components meet production standards while pushing creative boundaries. You will guide Associate Technical Supervisors and Technical Directors, helping them focus on the right problems at the right time. Your role will involve acting as the main escalation point for complex cross-departmental issues, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.

You will partner with creative leadership to understand key drivers and challenges, turning creative goals into clear technical direction. Your oversight will empower your team to solve problems efficiently and deliver at scale, contributing to the overall success of the production.
