What you'll do

As a Technical Services Engineer at MongoDB, you will work closely with our largest customers and partners to resolve their complex issues related to architecture, performance, recovery, and security. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions that help clients maximize the value of their MongoDB implementations. Your role will involve collaborating with product management and development teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to internal projects, including the development of support tools.

You will engage with customers to understand their unique use cases and provide tailored guidance on best practices for running MongoDB at scale. Your expertise will be crucial in helping clients troubleshoot and optimize their MongoDB systems, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes. You will also participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives, helping to enhance the overall technical capabilities of the team.

What we offer
