What you'll do
As a Technology Experience Specialist at Netflix, you will serve as the primary point of contact for users seeking technical assistance. Your responsibilities will include investigating user experiences with technology, documenting interactions, and categorizing them to identify trends and contact reasoning. You will prioritize managing technical issues, triage and research bugs, and participate in incident and outage management workflows. You will escalate issues to appropriate partner groups and contribute to the development of a robust documentation system that enhances the knowledge base experience.
You will work closely with partner teams to improve the overall technology experience, ensuring that recurring issues are permanently resolved. Your role will involve recognizing and connecting patterns in user experiences across various technologies, composing bug reports when necessary, and recommending or implementing solutions that enhance user engagement with technology. You will play a critical role in supporting Netflix staff and their interaction with technology, ultimately contributing to a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
