Overview

NETGEAR is seeking a Senior Territory Account Manager for the Enterprise IT team to expand sales across the Benelux region. You'll focus on building relationships with IT channel partners and driving growth through solution-based selling. This role requires deep knowledge of the IT market in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the IT sector, and possess a deep understanding of the market dynamics in the Benelux region. Your experience includes managing relationships with channel partners and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

You are adept at developing and executing business plans that align with company objectives, and you have a strong focus on achieving sales targets. Your ability to analyze the competitive landscape allows you to provide valuable insights that inform your sales strategy. You are comfortable with face-to-face engagement and understand the importance of building trust with partners.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and growing strategic channel partners in the Benelux region. You will collaborate with your team to enhance distribution channels and onboard value-added distributors to build a robust project pipeline. Your focus will be on managing and growing top-tier commercial partners across all product categories, ensuring that you meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets.

You will identify and nurture key IT channel partners, particularly Managed Service Providers (MSPs), to accelerate the adoption of NETGEAR’s wireless access points and switching solutions. Your role will involve developing and executing business plans, proposals, and agreements that drive growth and market share. You will also monitor the competitive landscape and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
