Overview

Netomi is seeking a Lead/Senior Product Manager to own the Analytics, Reporting, and Conversational BI product surfaces. You'll collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to deliver best-in-class analytics and governance. This role requires deep domain fluency in data science and analytics systems.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in analytics and data-driven environments — you've successfully led product initiatives that enhance customer experiences through data insights and reporting. Your deep domain fluency in data science and analytics systems allows you to understand complex data workflows and the importance of real-time operational monitoring.

You possess strong product craft and design sense — you know how to translate user needs into actionable product features and have a keen eye for detail in product design. Your experience with LLM-driven systems gives you insight into the nuances of probabilistic outputs and the importance of safety and governance in analytics.

You are a collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional teams — you enjoy partnering with internal Data Science and Engineering teams, as well as external cloud ecosystem partners, to deliver innovative solutions. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly ensures that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

You have a strong execution mindset — you are adept at managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery of product milestones. Your analytical skills enable you to evaluate product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.

Desirable

Experience in mission-critical environments such as airlines, retail, or banking would be a plus — you understand the unique challenges these industries face and how analytics can drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Familiarity with Conversational BI and natural language exploration over governed metrics models is highly desirable — you are excited about the potential of AI to transform customer interactions and improve decision-making processes.

What you'll do

As the Lead/Senior Product Manager, you will own the Analytics, Reporting, and Conversational BI product surfaces within Agentic Studio — your role will be pivotal in shaping the measurement and trust layer that supports enterprises in building and improving agentic customer experiences. You will lead the productization of end-to-end analytics, ensuring that the solutions you develop meet the highest standards of reliability and governance.

You will collaborate closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to design and implement real-time operational monitoring and historical reporting features — your insights will guide the development of LLM quality evaluations and observability tools that enhance the overall user experience. You will also be responsible for driving the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.

Your role will involve conducting user research and gathering feedback to inform product decisions — you will analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that the product continuously evolves to meet user expectations. You will also engage with stakeholders to communicate product updates and gather input on future enhancements.

You will be responsible for defining success metrics for your product areas — you will track performance and iterate on features based on user engagement and satisfaction. Your analytical mindset will help you make data-driven decisions that enhance product value and drive customer success.

What we offer

At Netomi, you will be part of a dynamic team that is at the forefront of the AI revolution — you will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest global brands and make a significant impact on their customer experience strategies. We offer a collaborative work environment where innovation is encouraged, and your contributions will be valued.

We provide competitive compensation and benefits, including opportunities for professional development and growth within the company. You will have access to cutting-edge tools and technologies that will enable you to excel in your role and drive meaningful change in the industry.

Join us in transforming how enterprises leverage AI to enhance customer experiences — your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping the future of agentic automation and analytics.
