Who you are
You have a solid background in technical writing, ideally with experience in producing documentation for software products. You understand the importance of clear and concise communication, and you can translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content. You are comfortable collaborating with product managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in your documentation. You have a keen eye for detail and are committed to delivering high-quality work that enhances the user experience.
Desirable
Experience with AI or customer experience platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Markdown or Docusaurus. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking to improve your writing and documentation processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer-facing documentation that supports the successful use of Netomi's AI platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information about product features and updates, ensuring that your documentation is always up-to-date and relevant. You will produce a variety of documentation types, including user guides, API documentation, and release notes, all aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
You will also participate in regular meetings with product managers and developers to stay informed about upcoming features and changes, allowing you to proactively update documentation as needed. Your ability to understand technical details and communicate them effectively will be crucial in helping users navigate the platform successfully.
