What you'll do
As a Manufacturing Technician at Neuralink, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of our implants and accessories, which are crucial for our brain-computer interface technology. You will engage in various day-to-day responsibilities, including flip-chip bonding, part cleaning and preparation, and electronics potting. You will mount implants to surgical mechanisms and conduct component and assembly-level testing of the electronics. Your role will involve performing mechanical and electrical assembly of implant and charger components, ensuring that all subassemblies are built with high precision. You will operate equipment such as flip-chip bonders and laser welders, executing maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, you will package final products for delivery and maintain parts inventory while running functional testing of built hardware to ensure quality and reliability.
