Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record as a Senior Product Manager, ideally with experience in platform capabilities and sales performance management. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and compliance-related features. Your ability to define and execute product strategies is complemented by your experience working with engineering, design, and customer success teams.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and have a strong focus on delivering secure, scalable, and enterprise-ready solutions. Your experience in risk management and customer trust is a key asset in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for core account and platform capabilities at CaptivateIQ. You will lead initiatives related to authentication, authorization, permissions, and compliance features, ensuring that our platform meets the highest standards of security and usability. Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams, you will drive the development of foundational platform capabilities that enhance the customer experience.
You will also engage with customer success and go-to-market partners to gather feedback and insights, which will inform your product decisions. Your role will involve prioritizing features based on customer needs and business impact, ensuring that the product roadmap aligns with the company's strategic goals. You will be responsible for measuring the success of your initiatives and iterating on them based on data-driven insights.
