You have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a proven track record of scaling marketing engines and optimizing processes. You understand the intricacies of lead management and funnel alignment, and you are adept at using data to drive decisions. Your experience with PQL frameworks and attribution models sets you apart as a strategic thinker who can contribute to the company's growth. You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to build and manage effective teams while collaborating with cross-functional partners. Your executive presence allows you to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and finance.
Desirable
Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with multi-touch attribution and lead scoring methodologies. You are comfortable working with large marketing budgets and have a knack for turning spend into efficient growth. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights will be crucial in this role.
What you'll do
As the Director of Marketing Operations, you will lead the team responsible for designing and improving the systems and processes that power PandaDoc's marketing efforts.
