Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in product design, particularly in leading design initiatives that enhance customer experiences. Your background includes working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development and marketing, to ensure design validation and effective roadmap planning. You are skilled in using design tools like Figma to drive design systems efforts and improve component development.
You understand the importance of user research and iterative design sprints, having successfully optimized omni-channel ticket management systems to improve service level agreements and customer satisfaction. Your ability to foster collaboration among diverse teams is a key strength, enabling you to bridge gaps between design, development, and marketing.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead design initiatives for Nextivaβs customer service enterprise segment, focusing on enhancing customer interactions across various channels such as live chat, SMS, calls, and social media. You will conduct user research to gather insights that inform your design decisions, ensuring that the solutions you create are user-centric and effective.
You will also be responsible for driving the design systems efforts within the organization, introducing version control in Figma and expediting component development. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering collaboration among development, QA, product, and marketing teams, ensuring that design processes are streamlined and effective.
