Nextiva is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the vision and execution for their next-generation Voice capabilities within their CX platform. You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in voice technologies and customer experience platforms. Your strategic mindset allows you to define long-term product strategies that align with market needs and user expectations. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a strong understanding of AI and NLP technologies, which you leverage to drive product innovation.

Your hands-on approach means you are comfortable diving into the technical aspects of product development, ensuring that the voice capabilities you oversee are not only innovative but also practical and user-friendly. You thrive in environments that prioritize customer satisfaction and are passionate about creating meaningful connections through technology.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to analyze market trends and user feedback helps you make data-driven decisions that enhance product offerings. Desirable
